We have an extensive rehab library to help you with your rehab and recovery path. All rehab programs are carefully prepared and filmed by Rosi Sexton – our licensed Osteopath. She’s not just your regular osteopath though. She’s also a UFC veteran and BJJ black belt with years of experience with grappling injuries.
