Pre-class: Let’s finish these productive 10 days with a session dedicated to standing balance poses, both on our feet and our hands! The goal is to explore your body a bit and to become harder to sweep!

Post-class: Congrats on finishing this program! Hopefully you enjoyed it and found it somewhat eye opening. Now you can feel the difference that consistent daily practice can make. You’re only slightly more ________(insert benefit of yoga), but it still mAkes such a difference. Consistency will always be the mos timportant, just like in BJJ.
