Core is more than the sixpack. The reward from doing these ten minutes for sure trumps the slight agony of the exercises, and your lower back will be happier than ever when your core gets stronger! DO NOT PANIC if some of the poses are too hard or you can’t do them! Try your best (very very best) and that’s all we ask. If the plank challenge wins over you, just get right back into position and hold the line.
