Shoulder and hips my friend! We start of with the “jetpack” stretch for the shoulders and Yoga for BJJ classic. Posture magic. We will also do lunges today as well as hamstring stretches and side stretches for the hips. It’s going to be awesome. Grab the belt and lets go!
