Welcome to the first video of the adductor muscle group rehab program. If you have an injury in that area (a groin strain for example) or if it’s just really sore when playing guard, you should be able to start with the video number 1 straight away. Do consult with your physician/physiotherapist beforehand if you’re not sure about the pain/injury.
We start off with very basic, gentle movements. Be careful to not work through too much pain though.
All you need in this video is a pillow. Let’s get started!
