For Day 1 we will work on synchronizing our breathing with some simple stretching. Pay attention to what feels good to you and learn how to set a rhythm that will sync up with your movements. This sretching sequence designed to prepare you body for the upcoming breathing exercises. It targets muscles that are connected to respiratory function, such as diaphragm, intercostals, transverse and psoas. Working with these important muscles will improve you posture and hep your breath flow unrestricted.
