This is a short introduction to the program which sets out guidelines for and explains the philosophy of Artur’s breathing practice.
It’s a simple and effective program that gives you tools and understanding that you can use to improve you breathing and improve performance – both physical and mental. This program addresses the posture and condition of muscles that are involved in breathing, activating and relearning the most efficient breathing patterns, strengthening the respiratory muscles, using the breath to induce meditative states on demand. Learn to actively relax and begin the recovery process straight after the training session. As an extra tip you have a quick video on how to unblock your nose without any medication, just your breath.
