Handstand Tutorial Program

Welcome to the Handstand Program – Do not be fooled, although there are only 4 videos, each one will require multiple repetitions before you are ready to move on to the challenges of the next part.

We recommend that you spend one week practicing the drills of each video. A good way to do this is by using the Handstand Program as a supplement to any of the other programs on the site.

After one month of consistent practice your base on top will have reached levels you never thought possible and all of your training partners will be hopping around on their hands before class trying to figure out your latest tricks!
