As mentioned in the program preview, Foundation Program series 2 is a continuation of Foundation week 1.
This first video is an all around 25 minute vinyasa flow. Sebastian will guide you pose-to-pose so that you can focus on your breathing and enjoy the poses. You start in a nice relaxing way on your back and continue with cat cows, downdog, sun salutations, warrior 3 and much more.
