Welcome to the first video of the glutes rehab program. If you have gluteal pain, back pain and/or hip pain – do consult with your physician first to see where the pain is originating from.
You can start with this video when you are in the more acute stages of the injury, as the exercises are not as intense. Do them a couple of times per day to start with. Observe how your body reacts while doing the exercises. If they become painful at any point – be prepared to back off and give the injury a bit of time before getting back to it.
