Welcome to the fifth and final video of the rehab program for glutes. We’re going to use more equipment this time! You’ll need a chair or a bench, a resistance band (red, blue or green), a step (if you don’t have a staircase use a pile of books) and some weights (12kg kettlebell for example). The weight depends on your strength and stage of your rehab process.
