Welcome to the first video of the hamstring rehab program. The video is suitable for recent mild to moderate hamstring injuries like muscle strains or tendon problems.

You will start doing simple strengthening and hamstring stretching exercises like single leg raises. The goal is to get the muscles working properly in a controlled environment.
