Welcome to Day 1 of the Hip Flexor Rehab Program
This video is suitable for anyone that has a pain in the hip flexor muscle group (the pain be either acute tendonitis or it can be a chronic pain).
We will start with gentle exercises and be guided by how it feels. If the pain is quite acute and irritable do less first and then progress as things start to feel better.
The hips are used for almost everything in Jiu-Jitsu, from controlling your opponent under mount – to preventing a guard pass. If your hip flexors aren’t working properly it’s time for some TLC so you can get back on those mats as fast as possible.

With these programs the days progress in difficulty so you can go through at your own pace, repeat a video as many times as you need to.
