It is a good idea to repeat today on a regular basis if you find that your hip flexors are causing you chronic problems, time to show them who is boss!

The cool part about today is the hip flexors are targeted (of course!) along with other muscle groups that tie into the hip flexors. If you have overall strong hamstrings, hips, quads and core – it can help you execute your Jiu-Jitsu techniques through strength and movement.
