Welcome to the second video of the FAI/hip impingement rehab program.
We’ll massage the front of your hips with a lacrosse ball, looking for tender points. We’ll also stretch your adductors, and strengthen the hip surrounding muscles with some added resistance.
Props: theraband, massage ball (lacrosse ball), heavier resistance band attached to something unmovable
