Welcome to the first day of the iliotibial band syndrome rehab program! If you have pain on the lateral side of your knees or around your hips, start here straight away. If by any chance your condition doesn’t improve, make sure to consult your physician!
We’ll start by foam rolling the front and sides of your quads (both legs) to get some extra mobility before you continue with simple strengthening exercises.
Props needed: foam roller, theraband, a step (lower step of the staircase for example or a pile of books)
