Welcome to the final video of the IT band syndrome rehab program! Let’s start by releasing the tension in your TFL muscle (be careful not to cause any pain, a bit of discomfort is OK). Continue with stretching your adductors, controlled pelvic movements and strengthening exercises.
Props needed: a lacrosse ball/tennis ball, a light weight
