Welcome to the second video of the LCL rehab program!

We’ll be starting this one by using a foam roller, working into the quadriceps muscle and the TFL. The intensity of the strengthening exercises will be slightly higher than in the previous video, make sure not to force anything!

Props: Foam roller, towel, a step and a resistance band
