Welcome to the third video of the LCL rehab program!

We’ll start by relaxing the TFL and gluteal muscles with a lacrosse ball, to get some extra mobility. Strengthening exercises follow (hip bridges, dynamic lunges, squats..). 

Props: theraband, lacrosse ball or foam roller
