Less instructions, more flowing for intermediate/advanced members. Anyone can give it a shot, just don’t push yourself too far where you’re not flexible.
Expect a fast paced class, excellent as a pre-training warmup or energizing morning class. Inside are hamstring stretches (forward folds), side body stretches, and some yummy shoulder & hip stretches.. all in a compact 20 min video. Awaken your body and get it ready for the challenges ahead of you.
Stretching and warming up your hamstrings + side body will help you with inverting.
