Welcome to the first day of the lower back extension rehab program!
This video is suitable for the times when you are feeling intense, irritable pain in your lower back. You might have had a recent injury, or are just experiencing sharp pain that is flaring up.
The stretches and movements are very gentle. Do them many times per day, especially when your lower back is feeling tense, stiff and when movement is restricted. Be careful to not provoke even more pain and move slowly!
