Welcome to the second day of the lower back extension rehab program!
Continue here once you’ve done day 1 a couple of times and the pain is not extremely intense anymore. We will stretch the front of your hips and the surrounding muscles, to avoid putting too much pressure on your lower back.
Props needed: foam roller and a bench (if you don’t have a bench, you can use a table or the edge of your bed)
