Welcome to the third day of the lower back extension rehab program!
In this video, we will focus on keeping your spine and pelvis in a neutral position through a set of fundamental movements. We will also stretch your hip flexors and fix very common mistakes in a half kneeling position.
Props needed: foam roller, a resistance band (red) and a broom stick (if you don’t have one, use a walking stick, an umbrella, a curtain pole, etc. – whatever you have)
