Welcome to the fifth and final day of the extension related lower back pain rehab program!
We start off with an inside thigh stretch and moving your spine with control. Then we progress with certain exercises (hip hinges, ab activation), which you can incorporate in your daily life (as a warmup for example).
Props needed: resistance band, medicine ball (any light weight will do – 3/5kg dumbbell or a water bottle)
