Welcome to the second day of flexion related lower back pain rehab program!
This video progresses in difficulty slightly and focuses on core strengthening, learning how to move the spine and the pelvis with control. We start with some foam rolling and continue with hip hinges, bridges and core bracing.
Props needed: a rod/stick (can be a broom or curtain stick or an umbrella) and a foam roller
