Welcome to the fifth and final day of our flexion related lower back pain rehab program!
We start with foam rolling and stretching that involves some gentle rotation. What follows are hip hinges, lower back flexion with some added weights and a movement that is very common in jiu jitsu. Make sure to start with light weights and gradually use heavier ones.
Props needed: a resistance band, a foam roller and a light weight
