Welcome to the Neck program!

This one has been requested many many times, so here it is.

All the guillotines, getting smashed, neck cranks…they all contribute to your neck probably feeling stiff as hell after training. You will do some much-needed mobility for your neck, traps and upper back throughout this program.

Props: This program requires two lacrosse balls in a sack or a peanut type foam roller for the spine.
