Did you injure your neck?

We shudder at the thought of injuring our necks, but if you do jiu jitsu long enough, your chances of at least spraining your neck increase a lot 🙁

Rosi is here to help make your neck really, really strong. Please listen to her instructions carefully, and listen to your body! Now’s not the time to go hard, you’ll be breaking arms as people try to neck crank you soon enough – promise!

Do consult your physician/physiotherapist first if you suspect you have a more serious injury, you can even show them these exercises beforehand!
