Rehab For Shoulder Pain (Rotator Cuff) – Day 2

VIDEO DESCRIPTION:

You will need your Theraband again for Day 2 as well as a trigger point ball (lacrosse/hockey balls will do the same trick).

We start by using the Theraband to add some load to our isometric holds, this is followed by strength and mobility work from the push up position and a bit of trigger point work with the lacrosse ball. If you are struggling with any of these progressions just keep working exercises from Day 1 until you are ready to increase the difficulty
