Rehab For Shoulder Pain (Rotator Cuff) – Day 3

VIDEO DESCRIPTION:

In Day 3 we continue to build shoulder mobility and strength through the full range of motion with some more belt work and some movements using a light dumbbell (1-2kg) . The focus starts with the shoulders themselves before moving on to include some upper back strengthening and mobility work with a combination of foam rolling and body weight exercises.

Tip: If you don’t have a light dumbbell it’s always possible to improvise and grab something from around the house (e.g 1.5L bottle of water)
