Rehab For Shoulder Pain (Rotator Cuff) – Day 4

VIDEO DESCRIPTION:

We start Day 4 by playing around with the Theraband to find some spots in the shoulder that give trouble and work on them with some isometric holds. Exercises from the push up position add further strength to the upper back and shoulders and some light mobility work finishes everything off.

The only piece of equipment you will need for Day 4 is your Theraband. If the exercises and movements are starting to become easier for you, you can move on to the next band strength the increase the difficulty of the workout.
