This is the last day of the Shoulder Pain program. This is the final leg of your rehabilitation work for your shoulder injury. It is important to note that you can repeat each video in the series more than once to facilitate a longer recovery period.
Rosi uses a 2.5kg Dumbbell to add some rotations, renegade rows and presses to the strength portion of the video before finishing off with her favourite foam rolling and Theraband movements.
