Shoulder issues are common in BJJ as the art is aggressively affecting our shoulder joint and the muscles around it. This program features five videos with a combination of flow and stretching where we don’t forget about the rest of the body either. Observe as your BJJ game benefits from the extra mobility and comfort in the shoulders. Makes training hard a whole lot easier.
