Description : Day 2’s tutorial looks at Downward Facing Dog, Upward Facing Dog and transitional movements when doing yesterday’s Sun Salutation A. Now that we understand the movements a little better the best thing to do is practice! Day 2’s flow is a simple sequence of 5 repetitions of Sun Salutation A followed by a quick chat about making your breathing second nature in your yoga and jiu jitsu practice.
