Welcome to the first video of the wrist rehab program! In this video, we’ll work on your forearm muscles and muscles behind your shoulder. Those can get pretty stiff with an injured/overworked wrist and can even worsen the situation. We’ll also do some work that will help mobilize the nerves of the wrist.
