Welcome to Yoga for Rocks Legs! First on the menu: HAMSTRINGS. If there was a “Common tight muscles hall of fame” the hamstrings would surely be a member. We will attack them gently with belt stretches and folds. One thing that is very important, especially if you are “a rock”. Do not compare yourself to me! My hamstrings have always been fairly flexible and I have been doing these for a long time. Wherever you are right now is perfectly fine, do not be frustrated or angry, relax and stretch! I will see you in the next one tomorrow!
