Let’s continue! We have more of the same scheduled for today, we’re going to squat a little bit as well and do a nice all-around practice. I don’t say this enough! If you feel like some of the poses are ridicolously hard or if you’re nowhere near my position, you have to stay where it feels good. These poses must feel awesome, most of the times the reason why they don’t is because we want too much too fast.
