Inner Thighs and Outer Hips
We start by warming up with windshield wipers.
Then we actively stretch the hips with a couple variations of pigeon pose (in Jiu-Jitsu language this pose helps with taking the back and getting your hooks in!).
We finish off with with enjoying some ‘Kung Fu’ stretching for the inner thighs.
